Education is the basic need of man and the life of mankind, it collects the possibilities spread in the entire system of a person and presents them in a holistic manner and makes a human being a social animal by transforming it from a biological being.

It becomes our moral duty that no person be deprived of taking this food education of the soul, education is not just a process of making literate, yet a process of human creation is ready, is a process of development.

It is the ultimate duty of educational institutions and teachers to mobilize education to make it a quality value device and a definite potential cell. Education should be such that even if it is not erased, it can be shown to distribute its bread before it becomes a human being.

Values are the principles that shape behaviour and influence the actions, attitudes and relationships thus forming the frame of one’s life. Positive human values must be encouraged, through it constructive learning environment with enhanced academic attainment, developed social and relationship skills, intelligenceand attitudes to succeed lives, can be achieved.

It is the duty of entire society to create this environment, in which the young generation’s role is prime and cannot be overlooked, as they are the era changing figures.
